My practice is private pay and out-of-network with insurance companies. A superbill is provided to clients for possible out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance plan. Because reimbursement policies vary, I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to understand your specific out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits.

Yes. Virtual therapy sessions are available for clients located in Texas and offer flexibility for busy professionals, postpartum mothers, and women balancing demanding schedules. Many clients appreciate the ability to access consistent support in a way that feels more sustainable for their season of life.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged the full session fee. Monday appointments must be canceled by 5:00 PM CST the preceding Friday. Because dedicated session times are held exclusively for you, this policy allows time for open spaces to be thoughtfully offered to other women currently waiting for care.
Note: I follow the Dallas Independent School District (DISD) cancellation policy regarding inclement weather. If sessions are cancelled for this reason, no fee will be assessed.

Most clients begin with weekly or every other week sessions. Meeting consistently at the start helps us gain meaningful momentum. As you begin to feel more grounded, we will work together to gently taper the frequency of our meetings. We will check in often to ensure the pace always aligns with your current season of life.

Pre-crawling infants are always welcome to join you in the therapy room for both in-person and virtual sessions if finding childcare is a barrier to your care. Once babies become mobile and active, the office environment can feel restrictive for them and distracting for you, so we kindly ask that childcare be arranged for older children to protect your dedicated time.

Yes. For clients who would like to incorporate their faith into therapy, I offer thoughtful integration of Christian beliefs and values alongside evidence-based psychological care, guided by the individual client’s comfort, background, and goals for therapy.

My practice is independently operated within Walnut Hill OB/GYN Associates, and you do not need to be a patient of the medical practice to work with me. For clients who are established patients there, collaboration with your physician is available with your written permission if it would be supportive to your care.
For in-person sessions, there is no need to check in at the front desk. When you arrive, simply send me a text and I will come meet you in the waiting area and walk you back to the office. Appointment reminders will include the correct contact number for your convenience.

No. After nearly a decade leading a large group practice, I intentionally transitioned into a smaller and more focused solo practice model. I am not currently offering employment or internship opportunities as my practice is centered on maintaining a highly personalized and relational approach to client care.
